It was an honor and a privilege to be invited to participate in a panel discussing the needs, gaps, and opportunities in Quantitative Medicine as part of the roll out event for the newly established FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) Quantitative Medicine Center of Excellence (QM CoE). This event provided an overview of the scope, goals, and current state of this new CoE, while gaining feedback from the public on needs and opportunities in education, outreach, and policy.
It’s so amazing to be part of the Pharmacometrics community and to have the opportunity to share my thoughts and help impact the future of this discipline! Thank you to the CoE Director Raj Madabushi for the invitation, and I enjoyed the discourse with my fellow panelists: Dan Hartman, Lisa Lavange, Joga Gobburu, and CJ Musante.
