A great visit with the lovely Quantitative Translational Pharmacology team at Blueprint Medicines who had me out for a training 2 weeks ago- as you can see from all those happy faces, the training was well received ☺️. It was my first time expanding from a pure PMX group to one that included sister functions such as clinical and in vivo pharmacology, tox, and DMPK; I learned a lot from the diverse case studies and experiences of the team. Thanks in particular to Wendy Ankrom, James Baker, and Ronda Rippley PhD, who supported my visit. I am excited to continue working with this group on their growth and development!
Grateful that so many leaders of quantitative and clinical pharmacology groups in Pharma are realizing that there is a critical need to train their teams in communication and professional skills, especially if they want their department to have maximum impact and be treated as partners in strategic drug development science. If you a Pharma leader who is interested in helping your team be more successful and impactful, let’s discuss how i can help!
